Connect Silvia to Claude, ChatGPT or Grok

Silvia has an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server: the standard AI assistants use to connect to other apps. Add it once, sign in with your Silvia account, and you can query and operate your account from the chat.

Server URL

https://getsilvia.com/api/mcp

It is the same for everyone. What you can do depends on your account, not on the URL.

How to connect

Claude (web and desktop): Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the URL → Connect. On Team and Enterprise plans the organization owner adds it once and each person signs in with their own account.
ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Developer mode → Create → paste the URL with OAuth authentication. On Business and Enterprise, the admin publishes it for the workspace.
Grok: grok.com → Connectors → New connector → Custom → paste the URL.
Claude Code: In the terminal: the command below, then /mcp to sign in.

What happens when you connect

The assistant sends you to Silvia: you sign in (if you weren't already) and see what it asks for. You choose "Read and modify" or "Read only". In read-only mode the assistant does not see any action that changes data.

Permissions

The connector uses exactly the permissions you have in the dashboard. A talent manager only sees and operates their assigned creators; a creator account sees its own data. Team, permissions, commissions, billing and account settings cannot be changed from the connector.

Disconnect

In Silvia, My profile → AI connections → Disconnect. Access is cut immediately. You can also remove the connector from the assistant.

Security

The assistant never sees your password: it gets a permission you can revoke. Every request goes through the same database access rules as the dashboard. Changes made from an assistant are marked in the agency's activity.
